We offer a wide range of free weights up to 80kg along with benches for you to incorporate into your strength training routine.
You can use free weights for a number of different exercises which will benefit more than one muscle group as you will use stabilizing muscles to help perform each movement.

From interval workouts to endurance exercises, cardio training can also help to lower blood pressure and cholesterol levels.
