Hi, I’m Fiona and I help people get out of pain using individually tailored exercise therapy programmes and remedial therapy. At the Move Well Clinic (Stourbridge) I provide one to one and small group therapy sessions to enable my clients to work towards their goals of being pain free and to move better.
